The pictures were grainy and the accompanying descriptions difficult to follow. I'm sure many people could find this book very useful, but I'm a visual person when it comes to athletics and need good pictures/5. Staley I gave this two stars only because this kind of density training can be useful sometimes, and since it is about gaining muscle, it doesn't bother me /5(3).Training tips such as training the abs in a specific order and weight limitations on rotator cuff exercises are two of the many tips that I have learned.
